Every year we call on local volunteers to help ensure the races run safely and smoothly for everyone. Full instructions and any necessary equipment is provided - we are always in need of extra pairs of hands!

Help on the day
Jobs include:
Manning registration desks
Overseeing relay handover points
Handing out medals and water at the finish line
Taking photos and video
Manning road closure barriers
Selling programmes, merchandise and raffle tickets
Assembling and disassembling crowd barriers, gazebos, road signs and general tidying up
